UHT cream (Ultra-High Temperature cream) is a type of dairy cream that has been heat-treated at an ultra-high temperature (typically 135–150°C for 2–5 seconds) to kill bacteria and extend shelf life.

Key Features of UHT Cream:

Long Shelf Life → Can last several months (3–12 months) unopened at room temperature.
No Refrigeration Needed (Until Opened) → Unlike fresh cream, UHT cream can be stored at room temperature before opening.
Same Fat Content → Comes in different fat percentages, such as 35% fat (heavy cream), 25% fat (light cream), etc.
Used for Cooking & Whipping → Common in whipping cream, coffee creamers, and sauces.
